About

My business revolves around radios—specifically transistor and valve radios from the 1950s through to the 1980s. I’ve been passionate about radios since my late teens and hold a full amateur radio licence.

I specialise in repairing and restoring these classic radios to a high standard. While my main focus is on broadcast radios, I’ve also repaired amateur radio receivers and CB radios.

Working from my well-equipped small workshop, I showcase many of my repairs on my YouTube channel. On my website, you’ll find a selection of fully restored radios available for sale. I can also restore or repair a radio for you—just let me know if you’re interested in any of the models I’ve worked on. With over 100 radios always in stock, there’s plenty to choose from.

If you’d like to learn more about my services or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

PP7 Battery Case

The battery holders have arrived and I’m very impressed, clever you! They fit in the RP17 very well, I’ve got a red RP17 too which I’ve tried them in and there’s no sticking. Good you’ve used thicker wires for strength too … The technology and not least your skill too is amazing, well done you!

Sony 7600GR Repair

Graham carried out what was (for him) a simple repair … He opened it up, identified the problem and quickly repaired it by re-soldering a loose wire inside. It would have been very easy for him to have charged me double for work that he did not do … but he did not – someone with honesty and integrity.
