Refund & Returns Policy

At Radiocruncher, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights under UK consumer law and the steps to take if you wish to return or refund an item.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items (cooling-off period).

  • If you cancel, you must return the item within 14 days of informing us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect (see below).

2. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns if:
    • You notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at graham@radiocruncher.com/ within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including the cost of return postage.

4. Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) unless faulty.

5. Return Process

6. Refund Timeframes

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
